* libartskde patch applied and built cleanly.

* Kaboodle needed one s/KPlayObjectFactory/KDE::PlayObjectFactory/ to

But after that, it built and seemed to run fine.  I looked for something to 
complain about, but all I could find was that the libartskde debug output 
is too verbose. :-)

* Noatun patch applied and built cleanly, and seemed to run fine.  Those 
big ugly tooltip monsters attacking Young Hickory prevented me from 
testing in depth, though.

So, good job!  Apply it, fixing the one problem in 
kaboodle/userinterface.cpp.
