[Bug 50139] New: Long titles are truncated by tag reader

Hmm, I'm aparently too stupid for Bugzilla.  I basically wanted to change this to a "wishlist" for 
id3v2 support -- which as I mentioned last week I would like to have working for 3.2 (I can at 
least guarantee read-only -- my code already does that.). 
 
Somone care to do the honors?
