arts/vorbis 1.0 problems?

Well, since someone brought this up I can provide some more details: as of 
yesterday cvs head arts doesn't build against ogg/vorbis 1.0 with the error 
quoted above. 

kdemultimedia doesn't build either, the error log can be seen at 
http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=5304 but it may be due to the fact 
that the arts I have installed when compiling kdemultimedia is an older one 
compiled against vorbis 1.0-rc3.

At least some of the bugs about it on bugs.kde.org are #42889 and #45532 
(about arts) and #45539 (about kdemultimedia).
