configure checks for cdparanoia

Hi,

I've just committed some rudimentary checks for cdparanoia into 
kdemultimedia/configure.in.in and kaudiocreator/configure.in.in

These will set kaudiocreator to not compile if cdparanoia is missing 
from the system. Maybe they should be enhanced, but they do work in my 
tests.
