can't compile kdemultimedia-021204

I've compiled the KDE package
        kdemultimedia-021204.tar.bz2
unsuccessfully because make stops with a fatal error:

Same error found with several previous KDE snapshots.
Here some info about my Linux workstation:

xine version installed:
	xine-lib-1-alpha2
	xine-ui-0.9.15

I've not found any 'xine/video_out_x11.h' file, only a 'xine/video_out.h'
header file that doesn't work.
