compile error in kdemultimedia/xine_artsplugin

I've made a (large) patch that fixes these problems. It should work with xine 
0.9.9...0.9.14, but unfortunately breaks the video thumbnail feature. :(

The xine_get_current_frame() function seems to lockup sometimes. This would 
have to be fixed in xine I guess.
