I'm not sure, but it's probably related to setNormalSize() in KVideoWidget.
The 'very-small size' is treated as custom size and the adaptSize() signal is
not send to the parent. This still needs to be fixed. :(

The SimpleUI plugin has been updated to use the new VideoFrame widget. There
are still some issues, as it doesn't seem to work reliable when the plugin is
disabled and enabled again.
