Bug#46664: Last fraction of a second of Ogg files not played

When playing Ogg Vorbis file in Noatun or Kaboodle the last fraction of a second is not played. This does not occur using the 'vorbistools' ogg123 command line player.

This occurs regardless of Noatun plugins loaded, or tool used to generate the Ogg file (I have used 'oggenc' and the audiocd:/ interface).
