again: kdelibs packaging broken on MeeGo 1.2

At least with kdelibs* 4.7~git20110817.164121 
the situation is worse, because the kdelibs-data packages
does not contain kfilemodule.desktop anymore and the dependency 
handling also did not install it.

Probably still a dependency and a code problem.
Where did the kfilemodule.desktop go?
