Issue while configuring Kde stack in scrtchbox

You don't want to run svn inside scratchbox anyway...Just open a normal
terminal, go to /scratchbox/users/YOURUSER/home/YOURUSER (i think it is
something like that) it's the $HOME you see when you are logged into
scratchbox so you can run the svn checkout here (it will be
faster)...Compiling has to happen inside scrathbox still but avoid
everything that is not compiling...

About the error you get it's because the package name has been change :
apt-cache search subversion will show you the one you want. As far as I
remember subversion is part of a devkit...
