I can even answer this in public while we are at it.
Obviously you need to comply with the license, the Debian package libqt4-dbus
on Squeeze lists a number of licenses, you could just use 
the "LGPLv2.1+exception" license.

    4. You may copy and distribute the Library (or a portion or
derivative of it, under Section 2) in object code or executable form

So having a debian package available: Just place the source package(s)
and the binary together with a small readme. The readme could have what you 
did to create the binary so people can redoit, you could copy the copying 
file from the debian source beside it so the license is clear.

It would be cool to have an extra package.
Even qdbusviewer would be cool to have, with this would need some porting.
