The requirement is still CMake 2.6.4, which will not change until the
kdelibs frameworks branch is merged, i.e. it will stay this way for
kdelibs/4.7 branch. That is the branch you should use to build anyway as
kdelibs master is frozen and frameworks will go and break things soon.
