That is the 5 minutes autosync.(I've just added to
http://userbase.kde.org/Kontact_Mobile#Getting_started that it usually is a
good idea right now to disable this.)

That is okay, it means 6500 file number out of a maximum of 8192 were used,
so you were not running into the filenumber issue. (Which should have been
fixed, so this matches expectations.)
