Feature Request: Toggle Button - New Layer Per Addition Auto

SUMMARY
When I use a new paint tool or simply add another stroke of brush, then a new
layer is create before the input, and then I have a way to apply object style
to just that additional input at a later stage of editing.


EXPECTED RESULT
Please advise your profesional expertise on if this use case is viable and if
at all useful.
