So pressing "OK" in the Image Editor is _NOT_ the same as "Save". That's not
obvious at all. But I see that hitting "OK" enables "Save Changes"., so "OK" is
not the same as "Save". At least in the Image Editor.

However..........

If I hit "OK", then (for example) the left arrow (without hitting "Save"), a
thumbnail of both the original image and of the cropped image shows up in the
thumbbar.
And the "Save Changes" option goes away. 
Having both the the original image and the cropped image in the thumbbar is not
the expected behavior.
