Pushed by cgilles into branch 'master'.
Move the gpohto2 drivers at the right place in the macOS bundle generated by
Macports.
Tested on a fresh installation of digiKam on a macbook air M1 without macports,
xcode, and other dev tools.
The list of gphoto2 camera can be listed and used.
This can be tested with the digiKam 8.5.0 pre-release PKG installer for Apple
Silicon (arm64)
