Thanks Nate, apologies if this is the wrong place. Its not an issue with
homebrew, that's working as expected. Its an issue with the KDE formulas
homebrew is using. Their github (https://github.com/KDE/homebrew-kde) has no
way to report issues and links to the official KDE site for people who want to
donate. There's also a category in the bugtracker above for homebrew, so I had
assumed the maintainers of that repo were here. Feel free to close if the
maintainers on that git repo are not official KDE developers
