SUMMARY

Usecase:  I open render menu and start a rendering job. I leave the dialoge
window open but return to some other tasks. So rendering dialoge window eaves
in background. Now, when I go to kdenlive editor and seelect render menu,
nothing happens. the rendering dialoge remains somewhere unseen in the
background. 

same result with ABOUT Box ...

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open render dialoge
2. leave render dialoge open and return to kdenlive editor
3. try to open render dialoge again

OBSERVED RESULT
render dialog will not appear (in foreground)

EXPECTED RESULT
render dialog will appear (in foreground)

Windows: 
macOS: 14.3 (23D56= Somara), Apple M1 MAX 32GB RAM

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
seems this happens to all "subwindows" of kdenlive like "about" box. 
Same in previous versions.
