It is impossible to set the Enable button in Options / Debug in the Focuser,
Scope and Dome panels

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run KStars in your real setup.
2. In the Options / Debug, the Enable button can be activated : when you click
on it, it is activated and immediately after deactivated (see attachment)
3. This applies to the Focuser, Scope and Dome panels
