STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Make a video using audio preprocessed by Audacity.
2. Render to MP4
3. Rendering crashes with message: [mp3float @ 0x7faa8fe45f80] Could not update
timestamps for skipped samples.

OBSERVED RESULT
Rendering crashes with message: [mp3float @ 0x7faa8fe45f80] Could not update
timestamps for skipped samples.

EXPECTED RESULT
a nicely rendered MP4 file
