Thanks for the hint! Re-reading the metadata did the trick for me. I typically
sort my collections by year and then add items for a new year with the "add
collection" functionality from the settings menu. I am not sure why metadata is
not read correctly in the first place here.

Anyways thanks for your quick response and for working on this really helpful
tool!
