The actual space bug is a bug of Qt, and unfortunately, they want us to use Qt
6 and thus will not fix it in Qt 5. That's why I created a version with Qt 6.
Thanks for reporting the bug with the crash when adding a new item, I did not
know this, probably I should start using a Qt 6 version for my daily work. I
have now fixed it, you can get
