I tried this on my MacbookPro with Monterey 12.6.2 before installing a second
version on my DJ laptop with Ventura.

The QT6 version you suggested gives another bug: when you click in the
preferences on the "all tags" tab, and then click "add" to add a new string
replacement, the software shuts down immediately. 

I tried this action (preferences --> all tags --> add (new string replacement))
10 times and the program quits immediately every single time I click "add". 

I assume this bug will also be in Ventura, not only in Monterey, so I prefer
not to switch programs for now, as I need the text replacements.
