STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Download kstars 3.6.8 on macOS 14.2
2. open dmg
3. move kstars icon to the application folder
4. wait until it installs
5. try to open it 

OBSERVED RESULT
It can not open

EXPECTED RESULT
Can't open kstars while this error presented: "" "kstars" can't be opened
because Apple cannot check it for malicious software. ""
