While looking through the xml I wanted to test the assumption that the
transactions import sequentially in line# order – 
Transactions for payee P000021 stopped after processing line 4870: (4 lost
before line 5902)

SSA TREAS is P000021
finding “TREAS” gave 178 hits, 2/transaction
