No, there is no CI pipeline at binary-factory.kde.org. Its repo is at
https://invent.kde.org/ruixuantu/kdeconnect-mac, and you could install it
through compiling by yourself or from TestFlight with this link
https://testflight.apple.com/join/vxCluwBF.
