[digikam] [Bug 461889] digikam crashes on close

I am now able to recreate the crash at will.   It seems related to the
properties dialog and/or exiftool.    Upon starting digikam, all I need to do
is try to pull up the properties dialog, and it hangs.   Macos says
"Application not responding" and I do a "Force quit" and I can get a stack
trace.  I will attach a couple more in case they are helpful to get to the
bottom of the problem.

However, now digikam is unusable for me.
