I had some similar reports of this bug and I was experiencing it myself
sometimes, but it was happening intermittently and there were periods where it
didn't happen at all.  I had no clue about it, but I think we recently got a
very good clue.  Can you try this fix and see if it works for you?  I still
don't know exactly what causes this, but turning off the logging settings,
particularly for CCD seems to make a big difference.
