No. This do not fix the problem.

The problem is also reproducible with this way :

1/ Open digiKam. Do not switch Album view to full screen mode.
2/ Open one item in editor.
3/ switch editor to full screen mode
4/ switch editor to normal mode.

Et voilà the editor go back in normal mode, but the event loop is like blocked.
The canvas is frozen, the menu item can be actived but don't have any effect.
