SUMMARY

The SHIFT key invokes Line Tool, even though it is not set as a keyboard
shortcut. Because of this, I am unable to multi-select points in a Polygon,
which is extremly hampering. If I activate CAPSLOCK, I can use SHIFT normally
but only once. Now I have to constantly toggle CAPSLOCK on and off during my
workflow.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. On a Vecor layer, draw a polygon 
2. Click the 1st point
3. SHIFT + click the 2nd point

OBSERVED RESULT
Editor switches to Line Tool.

EXPECTED RESULT
2 selected points.

macOS: 10.15
