No it doesn't. The result is identical to the one taken with a copying of
layer. The layer I'm asking the software to work on is the COPY/CLONE of the
original, I'm NOT asking it to work on the original or expecting it to REMOVE
my COPY/CLONE layer and use the ORIGINAL image in the operation.
