Can you make a test? Download Shotcut https://shotcut.org/download/ and try to
run it. It has the same MLT framework and should run with OpenGL 2.0. Your
Intel graphic card 3000/4000 support OpenGL 2.1. If it crash as well try to
update the graphic card driver.
