FYI: SVG support in ecm_add_app_icon

Hi,

I just pushed an enhancement to ecm_add_app_icon that lets it support SVG icons on Mac. A priori it should be possible to add (prepend, preferably) one to the list of png files in current ecm_add_app_icon calls.
The function has always ignored SVG files so it should be safe to do this from now on and get the benefit (and rid of the warnings ;)) when the next ECM release becomes commonplace (i.e. no need to require ECM 5.30.0).

In hope this will incite the ksvg2icns author(s) to provide a similar utility on MS Windows. Should be possible, because internally ksvg2icns is just a wrapper around iconutil just like ecm_add_app_icon is a wrapper around that, or png2ico.
