I don't have any firm preference for one or another version of Qt. But
it would be nice to use the same version for my Linux, Windows and Mac
builds, and 5.5.1 seems like a good choice for doing that.
The thing is I don't see any sign of qt5-kde or qt5-kde-x11. That is
'port search qt5-kde' only reveals packages named qt5-kde-devel-...
That's why I assumed that I'd need to use one of qt5-kde-devel-x11 or
qt54-kde-x11. I thought I followed the instructions from your Readme to
the letter, but it sounds like I must have done something wrong.

I'm not sure if this will tell you much, but here is the output from
that command:
