[KDE/Mac] Review Request 128272: support -iframework and -F header search path options

Hi,

Is there anyone following this thread who might be able to explain the inner 
working of the QMake project manager to me? Notably under what conditions it is 
supposed to parse the INCLUDEPATH and QMAKE_INCDIRS variables; simply adding 
them to the .pro file of a simple project doesn't seem to be sufficient.
