thanks, that fixed it, i was able to build kate. didn't try the bundling yet,
though.
when i tried running "emerge rkward" which should compile the KF5 port of
RKWard, it fails due to the same issue described here:
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=363369
that is, following the advice "use the official Qt installer, recommended
version Qt >= 5.6" leads to running into the "there's no Qt5WebKitWidgets"
problem because kdewebkit is being built as a dependency. i suppose this must
be fixed within the RKWard port, then?
