"KDE" is a big bunch of software with many "ports" on Macports. It is
important for you to be more specific with your questions.
At the moment, Macports supports KDE 4.14 libraries and applications,
but NOT yet the new Frameworks and KF5 software.
You should be able to build a KDE 4 application on Macports, but NOT the
KDE Desktop. Macports will find and build all the libraries and utilities the
application depends on, including the Qt 4 library and all its dependencies.
This can take several hours for the first application, but is much faster after
that. It may help to break the work into manageable stages: Qt 4 first, then
kdelibs4 and then the applications(s) you require.
If you cannot buld KDE 4.14 libraries, utilities and applications (or other
software from Macports), the mailing list you need is Macports Users
macports-users at lists.macosforge.org.

Hoping all goes well for you,
