[KDE/Mac] kf5-kate crashing due to dbus with a MacPorts-based KF5 installation

Yep, more or less.

I am working on more stuff that needs to go in frameworks to have a better experience
on non-unices, e.g. https://git.reviewboard.kde.org/r/125598/

I hope to have that all in 5.16 (some smaller fixes are already in).
