[KDE/Mac] KF5 Kate doesn't find installed oxygen-icons theme and still crashes at exit

Now that oxygen-icons is independently from KDE4 installable, my OSX/CI system
has it eventually installed with KF5:

$ port installed oxygen-icons
The following ports are currently installed:
  oxygen-icons @4.14.3_0 (active)

but unfortunately kate still CANNOT find neither the hicolor nor the oxygen stuff:

Icon theme "hicolor" not found.
kf5.kiconthemes: "Theme tree: (Oxygen)”
---
which seems to be happening for ALL KF5 projects I ran so far.
So, something must be configured wrongly...


At least I do see a difference between the “Macintosh (Aqua)” theme on one hand
and Oxygen|Breeze|Fusion|CDE on the other. Yet, the icon for closing a tab changes!



The “About kate" and the “About KDE” dialogs actually even show the respective
images! :-)



Well, yes, kate still crashes at exit. Anyone interested in a crash log? ;-)
