[KDE/Mac] QStandardPaths possible solution

I have Qt from digia installed in /Users/jeremy/Qt but I don't have those
paths in my environment variables. No qt installed into /usr/local with the
rest of kde from kdesrc-build though some kde packages have put plugins
into /usr/local/lib/qt5/plugins/designer, no headers though. The only stuff
in /usr/local/include is kde stuff (Analitza5, KF5 cantor,
libkeduvocdocument, libkiten, marble, phonon4qt5 and taglib is all).
