[KDE/Mac] Project kdesvn fails to build on the new multi-platform KDE/CI system

Hi dev(s),

I have committed metadata for kdesvn in 

	http://quickgit.kde.org/?p=kde-build-metadata.git&a=commitdiff&h=8959290458163dd42e8557f1ab9eb7679add6c15

and added it (temporarily) to Scarlett’s new CI system in order to produce sensible
logs for its developer(s) so that one can understand what might still be missing to
make the build succeed.

This is the link to its last failure due to SUBVERSION_INCLUDE_DIR on the OSX platform:

	https://build-sandbox.kde.org/job/kdesvn%20frameworks%20kf5-qt5/PLATFORM=OSX,compiler=clang/1/console

but it does fails just as well for KF5 on Linux as well as for KDE4 for the same reason.
