[KDE/Mac] Upgrade to 4.13.3 in Macports

Hi Nicolas,

I think Mario's IRC meeting topics list [1] might be of interest in this context as well. 

But I guess everything mentioned there has already been discussed by us on this thread.

Anyhow, perhaps it makes sense to keep notes on this list, if we need further support
from KDE core devs for special topics.
