[KDE/Mac] Error "Failed to contact the KDE global shortcuts daemon"

Kglobalaccel could be either one of the pseudo-daemons that kded4 runs
(or kded5 for you?) or it could be one of those that can run as a plugged in
library on kdeinit4 (or 5?).

Either way, it is probably best to set things going (kdeinitN, klauncherN and
kdedN) by starting with kdedN.  KdeinitN startup is broken on OS X and maybe
even on Linux.

If you do start with kdedN, beware that the "three musketeers" have auto-restart,
once they get going fully, so you may have trouble shutting them down…  The
command kdeinit4_shutdown is broken on Apple OS X… :-(
