[KDE/Mac] Error "Failed to contact the KDE global shortcuts daemon"

Accessing in "System Settings” the item “Shortcuts and Gestures/Global Keyboard Shortcuts” results in this error being shown:

	Failed to contact the KDE global shortcuts daemon
	Message: Could not get owner of name 'org.kde.kglobalaccel': no such name
	Error: org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.NameHasNoOwner

Is this due to on OSX not running kded?
