Anything requiring cookies will need it. I know Ian often mentioned kcookiejar issues, but I think the only issue I ever had with that is that it wasn't available because kded wasn't running ...

QtCurve, with the "Ciment for KDE4" icon set. I'm not sure if the icon theme also applies to the toolbars, but if it does, check if you're not seeing the result of using svg icons?
