Hey. Thanks a lot for doing this. I didn't manage to have a look at it over the last 2 weeks.

I don't think we're going to be having any more releases for Baloo for KDE4. If you want I can forward port this to Qt5?

    We need the GUI parts to be initialized because the daemon relies on kidletime which internaly requires a connection to x.
