Thank you very much for this tip, Bradley.  See the attached example log.

It is proving extremely valuable in my ongoing battle to build a KDE 4.13 base
from source, with Debug, using kdesrc-build scripts.

The long lines at the start are great for steering CMake in the right direction … :-)
And the summary in the last 100 lines or so (which is basic CMake log output)
gives a good overview of what happened when configuring.
