[KDE/Mac] Fixes for Filelight utility and LSkat game

Hi guys,

This is just to let you know that I have committed fixes for
the Filelight black-on-dark bug and for two bugs in the
LSkat game.  The relevant bug reports on BKO have
been marked RESOLVED as at KDE 4.13.1.

The commits went to the KDE/4.13 and master branches
on the KDE repository, so the fixes will automatically
appear in KDE 4.13.1 and later releases.  KDE 4.13.1
is due out next Tuesday, 13 May 2014.
