[KDE/Mac] KDE Game LSkat missing from /Applications/MacPorts/KDE4

The app for the KDE Game called LSkat is being installed in a "bin" location,
making it invisible to end-users on Apple OS X (i.e. it does not appear in the
/Applications/MacPorts/KDE4 application area).

I have published a patch for the KDE Games list members to review.  See:

Nicolas, maybe you would like to use this patch in MacPorts.  It worked for
me, but it might be a while before I can commit it to the LSkat repository.

KDE 4.13.1 closes in 4 days' time.
