[KDE/Mac] crashing kactivitymanagerd

In fact, I just saw also a bug to which I had been cc’d which indicates the same problem: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=336839. The solution seems rather straightforward, as one plugin causes issues and should be disabled. I’ll do it in the Portfile so that it is not built.
